In the app
- Open Bua and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab and tap Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Deleting your account signs you out on every device and can't be undone. If you only want a break, choose Deactivate account instead; signing in again reactivates it.
What happens to your data
- Your account and profile are deleted. We keep an operational copy for 30 days, then it's erased.
- Some records belong to your club rather than to you, such as attendance and team messages. Your club's retention settings decide how long those are kept.
- Deleted data leaves our backups within 14 days.

Can't use the app?
Send us a request and we'll delete your account for you. We'll check the request came from you before we delete anything. You can also email privacy@team-bua.com.
